3 Ríos Ltd., was founded in 1944 as a developer, asset manager and property manager for office and industrial properties. It has developed and built properties for Procter and Gamble, National Biscuit, Honeywell and other stateside and local companies. We do property management of professional office, retail and warehouse space.

3 Ríos Ltd. also owns permitted land in Guaynabo and Hato Rey for offices, residential and warehouse development and is actively seeking new opportunities for tenants or development partners.
